The Service is B2B only. We do not knowingly collect or process personal information from consumers, individuals under 18, or anyone using the platform for consumer rather than research/business purposes.

Information we collect

Information you provide directly

• Partner application data: business name, business address, business contact email, business phone, business entity type, intended use, applicant name and role
• Account data: partner portal login credentials, billing contact, shipping addresses, tax identification information for partners requiring it
• Order data: order history, product specifications, ship-to addresses, partner-side customer references
• Communication data: support inquiries, partnership-related communications

Information collected automatically

• Site analytics: IP address, browser type, referrer, pages visited, time on site, device type — collected via standard web analytics
• Cookies: session cookies for partner portal login, analytics cookies, preference cookies. See “Cookies” below
• API usage logs: partner-portal and API requests are logged for security, debugging, and rate-limiting

How we use information

Information collected is used to:

• Verify partner applications and maintain partner accounts
• Process orders and fulfill shipments
• Send transactional communications (order confirmations, shipping notifications, COA delivery)

• Improve the Site and Service

How we share information

We share information only as needed to operate the Service:

• Fulfillment partners: shipping carriers, warehousing partners, and third-party analytical laboratories receive the minimum information necessary to perform their function (e.g., a shipping address goes to the carrier; a batch number goes to the lab)
• Payment processors: billing information is handled by our payment processor under their own privacy terms
• Legal compliance: we may disclose information when required by law, court order, or to protect rights, safety, or property
• Business transfers: in the event of a merger, acquisition, or asset sale, partner data may transfer to the acquiring entity

We do not sell partner data. We do not share partner data with marketers, advertisers, or unrelated third parties.

Partners and applicants may:

• Request access to the data we hold about them
• Request correction of inaccurate data
• Request deletion of data, subject to legal, contractual, and retention obligations
• Withdraw partner application or terminate the partnership

PeptideDropship is based in the United States. By using the Service from outside the US, partners consent to transferring and processing their data in the US. Where required by applicable law (e.g., GDPR, UK GDPR), we apply appropriate safeguards for international transfers.

Children’s privacy

The Service is not directed at children. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18. Partner accounts require representations of business capacity that exclude minors.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the partner portal or via the email associated with verified partner accounts. The “Last updated” date at the top reflects the most recent revision.
