Terms of Service

Last updated: May 15, 2026

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern access to and use of peptidedropship.com (the “Site”) and the PeptideDropship partner platform (the “Service”) operated by PeptideDropship (“we,” “us,” “our”). The Service is B2B only. Using the Service constitutes acceptance of these Terms. This document is provided as a working policy and should be reviewed by your own legal counsel before being relied on as a final legal document.

1. Eligibility and B2B-only restriction

The Service is available exclusively to verified B2B partners: research peptide resellers, supplement and nutraceutical brands, research laboratories, and white-label entrepreneurs operating as legitimate business entities. By applying to be a partner you represent that:

  • You are at least 18 years of age
  • You are applying on behalf of a legitimate business entity
  • You will use products acquired through the Service exclusively for research purposes and will not resell or distribute products for human consumption
  • You will maintain research-use-only labeling and the FDA disclaimer on all customer-facing materials
  • You will comply with all applicable state, local, federal, and international regulations governing the distribution of research peptides

2. Research-use-only obligation

All products supplied through the Service are research-grade and labeled for research use only — not for human consumption. As a condition of using the Service, you agree to:

  • Maintain “for research use only — not for human consumption” labeling on every product page, every customer-facing material, and every shipment
  • Maintain the FDA disclaimer as published in our compliance documentation
  • Not make therapeutic, dosing, dietary, or consumer-health claims about products in marketing, on product pages, in email communications, or in customer support
  • Refuse to provide dosing guidance or therapeutic advice to your own end customers, and refer such inquiries to qualified medical professionals
  • Comply with payment processor and storefront platform restricted-products policies applicable to research peptides

3. Account verification and partner application

Partner status requires successful application and verification. We reserve the right to deny any application or terminate any partnership in our sole discretion, including but not limited to: applications inconsistent with B2B research-use-only intent, applications associated with platforms or operations we determine present compliance risk, or accounts with verified violations of these Terms.

4. Orders, pricing, and fulfillment

Wholesale pricing is partner-specific and disclosed through the partner portal after verification. Final pricing depends on tier, monthly volume, and any white-label or private-label add-ons. We aim for 24-hour fulfillment from order receipt but do not guarantee specific delivery dates. Tracking information is provided for every shipment. See the pricing page for the tier structure.

5. Payment terms

Orders are paid in advance unless the partner is on Net-30 invoicing terms (Enterprise tier). Failed payments may result in order delays, account suspension, or partner status review. Currency is US dollars unless otherwise specified.

6. Returns, defective product, and dispute resolution

Damaged-on-arrival products and verified defective products are eligible for replacement or refund, subject to the documented return process and proof-of-issue requirements. Buyer’s remorse and no-longer-needed returns are not accepted. Disputes regarding orders should be raised through the partner portal within 30 days of delivery.

7. White-label and private-label intellectual property

Partners using white-label fulfillment retain ownership of their own brand assets (logos, labels, packaging design). PeptideDropship retains ownership of its catalog formulations, COA testing methodology, partner portal software, and operational systems. Private-label arrangements are governed by per-partner agreements that supplement these Terms.

8. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless PeptideDropship and its officers, employees, and contractors from any third-party claim arising out of: your use or resale of products acquired through the Service, your failure to maintain research-use-only labeling or compliance, your storefront’s interactions with your own customers, or your violation of these Terms.

9. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, PeptideDropship’s aggregate liability arising out of or related to the Service is limited to the total amount paid by the partner to PeptideDropship in the 12 months preceding the claim. PeptideDropship is not liable for indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages. Some jurisdictions do not allow these limitations; in such cases, the limitations apply to the maximum extent permitted by applicable law.

10. Warranty disclaimer

Products are supplied research-grade with the analytical specifications documented in the per-batch COA. Beyond the documented specifications, products are supplied “as is” without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular research purpose, or non-infringement. The Service is provided “as is” without uptime, performance, or availability warranties.

11. Compliance and regulatory responsibility

Partners are responsible for compliance with applicable state, local, federal, and international regulations governing the distribution of research peptides in their operating jurisdictions. PeptideDropship provides compliance documentation templates and operational guidance but does not provide legal advice and does not act as the regulatory compliance officer for partner operations.

12. Modification of these Terms

We may modify these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated through the partner portal or via the email associated with verified partner accounts. Continued use of the Service after notification constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.

13. Termination

Either party may terminate the partnership at any time. We may suspend or terminate access immediately for material breach of these Terms, including violations of the research-use-only obligation. On termination, partners remain responsible for fulfilling any in-progress orders and meeting any outstanding payment obligations.

14. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict of laws principles. Disputes that cannot be resolved through the partner portal are subject to arbitration or the jurisdiction of US courts, as specified in per-partner agreements at higher tiers.

15. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held to be unenforceable, the remainder remains in effect.

16. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be directed through the contact page.
